Alexandria Oral Surgery in Northern Virginia provides the best dental surgeries possible. I visited Alexandria Oral Surgery today, August 7, 2026, for the purpose of extracting tooth number 3 and to have a bone graft. My dentist, Vincent Nguyen-Cao, DMD, and his staff gave me the best professional care possible. My dentist also ensured that I received suitable and low cost genetic medication afterwards, and his staff took the time to inquire about my post-op comfort. Alexandria Oral Surgery office is sparklingly clean and fresh looking and is located in a lovely and well maintained professional building. All of this makes my visit very pleasant indeed.

I had an infected tooth removed. I was very afraid a nurse or dentist helper was very comforting. It made all the difference. When getting my implant my bone took a while to Grafted. They wouldn’t do the surgery until they thought it was ready. I appreciate the professional manner of this office and the people who support the Dentist.

Dr. Nguyen Cao removed my wisdom tooth due to some problem symptoms and to top it all off I am pregnant and had to frantically find a this oral surgeon office after another oral surgeon cancelled on me. They got me in within 3 days for the evaluation and procedure and were super thorough in all the paperwork and prep I needed to get done beforehand so that I didn’t risk pushing it back. Even avoided an extra xray since I’m pregnant! The office is also very beautiful and professional looking plus extremely clean. They even validate parking 👌👌. I’m so thankful I found them after my other experience.

Dr. Rothman's office is a well-oiled machine. His staff is kind, efficient, and competent. Dr. Rothman himself is kind and thorough and did not make me or my daughter feel like she was just one of thousands of patients from which he has extracted wisdom teeth! A great experience!

I needed a wisdom tooth remove and a cyst around it to be remove as well. after a general anesthesia , doctor Nguyen-Cao took great care of me and the procedure went as best as possible. All his team of associates were very nice and reassuring. I am thrilled my situation is all done and behind me.
